It gathers eggs from multiple cage rows and transports them gently to the central egg‑storage room, realizing full‑automatic workflow from egg collection, converging transportation to grading and packaging, greatly cutting manual labor input.

The main conveyor frame adopts hot‑dip galvanized material for anti‑corrosion, adapting to high‑temperature and high‑ammonia chicken‑house environment. Special soft egg‑carrying belts ensure smooth egg delivery, effectively controlling egg breakage rate below 0.8%. Adjustable conveying speed meets different farm output requirements, with maximum capacity up to 65000 eggs per hour.

Equipped with stable driving motor, buffer device and anti‑drop egg guiding structure. It supports turning and slope layout according to actual farm terrain and chicken‑house layout. Modular assembled structure brings convenient installation, inspection and maintenance.
